Join us on Thursday 26th March for the first in our Open Fire Series of Supper Clubs. We celebrate the spectacle of open fire cooking and seasonal produce to bring something truly unique to Hambleden Valley… This informal fire-side dining experience is a great way to learn about open fire cooking, seasonal game dishes and pairing wines.

  • Arrival between 6-7pm to enjoy a glass of Kingwood sparkling around the open fire

  • 19:30 STARTER | Smoked Burrata, fire-roast heritage tomatoes, basil oil & toasted sourdough

  • 20:00 MAIN | Slow Roasted Lamb served with wood-fired jersey royal potatoes, coal-roasted hispi and carrots all served with lashings of chimichurri. We will have epic fire-roasted seasonal vegetables for any vegetarians joining us.

  • PUDDING | Rhubarb Pavlova to finish

  • We are very happy to cater for dietary requests where possible but this will be a
    fire-centric cooking experience where we work with these beautiful seasonal ingredients and let the flames bring the flavours to life.

Bring some friends and share a table or come alone and meet some interesting folk around the open fire. We have a genuine passion for great produce and rustic fire-led cooking, come and learn about primal cuts and traditional cooking methods. Tickets will be limited so book them before it’s too late…
